Inter Milan's ageing squad might find themselves in one of their last chances to win the highest football prize in Europe as they readied themselves to meet Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in Saturday's UEFA Champions League final in Munich.

They are considered underdogs and have surprised many with knockout victories over Bayern Munich and . They have shown that experience is still a factor that is important to modern football.

Inter Chases Redemption

The final provides them a chance for some revenge for losing in the 2023 final to Manchester City. Coach Inzaghi admitted the loss still hurts as his team came close to matching the Premier League giants but just fell short. Now the Nerazzurri play yet another global powerhouse, pairing them against PSG as they attempt to collect the title that they could not hoist in some years, and rescue a season that slipped away domestically.
