Material for making Samak Rice Cutlets
- Samak rice – 1 cup cooked
- Potatoes – 1 cup boiled
- Carrot – 1 grated
- Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Green chili – 2 finely chopped
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Amchur powder – a spoon
- Rock salt – as per taste
- Coriander – chopped as required
- Cooking oil

How to make Samak Rice Cutlets
- Take cooked rice in a vessel.
- Add boiled potatoes and mash it well.
- Now add carrots, green chillies, black pepper powder, mango powder (lemon juice), rock salt, finely chopped green coriander, cumin and mix well.
- Now make small balls of this mixture and give them the shape of cutlets.
- Place the pan on the gas stove. Add a little oil to it.
- Put three to four cutlets on the pan and fry it. Cook it from both sides till it turns golden brown.
- Take it out in a plate and serve hot with any chutney during the fast.
