New Delhi: Microsoft and India’s Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services Provider Yotta Data Services on Wednesday announced a partnership to enhance Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the country.
This partnership will enable Microsoft and Yotta to join India AI Mission participants, government agencies, IITs, startups, enterprises and software development companies, enhancing AI innovation.
Microsoft said that this will provide Ajur AI’s services to the cloud platform Shakti Cloud of Yotta AI. This will provide cutting-edge AI capacity to developers, startups, enterprises and public sector institutions across India.
Puneet Chandok, president of Microsoft India and South Asia, said, “Our partnership with Yotta will promote AI innovation on a large scale to empower Shakti Cloud. Microsoft is proud to play its role in playing the country’s ambitions through innovation through innovation of India’s unique needs and priorities.”
India is already one of the top global markets in terms of AI adoption and returns on investment. He said that in collaboration with Yotta, we will continue to help India to become AI First Nations safely and responsible.
By May this year, India AI Mission has received more than 500 proposals to develop indigenous AI models. The combined strength of Microsoft’s services supported by Yotta’s infrastructure provides access to certain excellent abilities to support AI development in the country. Gupta said, “This will make the state -of -the -art AI capabilities accessible to Indian enterprises of all sizes and will give a huge boost in advancing the country’s AI ambitions.”
In January this year, Microsoft Chairman and CEO Satya Nadella announced cooperation with a division IndiaAI of Digital India Corporation to carry forward AI and emerging technology in the country and established the AI Center of Excellence and AI Productivity Labs to promote inclusive development.
