Nissan Magnite CNG: A government-approved CNG conversion kit is now available for Nissan Motor India’s well-liked SUV, the New Nissan Magnite. A third-party company called Motozen is responsible for the whole development and production of the CNG Kit in compliance with legal requirements. For Kit components, Motozen will additionally provide a guarantee. These kits will be installed in facilities approved by the government. The whole refit will just cost Rs 74,999.

Throughout India, the CNG kit fitting will be implemented gradually. In the first phase, clients in seven states—Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, and Karnataka—can request the installation of a CNG kit from Nissan-authorized dealerships. Later, as part of Phase 2, it will be extended to additional states nationwide. Only the New Nissan Magnite 1.0-liter NA (naturally aspirated) petrol engine with a manual transmission is eligible for the CNG kit option. With the CNG retrofitting kit, customers may choose improved fuel efficiency.

There are 18 different Nissan Magnite models available in India, with prices ranging from Rs 6.14 lakhs (ex-showroom) to Rs 9.27 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Nissan Magnite is powered by a 1.0-liter gasoline engine and is available with a CVT, an AMT, or a 5-speed manual gearbox. It can also produce 99 horsepower and 152 Nm of torque with a 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with the same gearbox choices.
