Nissan India has finally added its hot-selling product, Magnite, with a CNG retrofitment kit. Those interested can purchase the model by visiting authorised dealerships nationwide. It will come with an additional cost of 74,999.

The comapny has introduced the model with CNG kit in a phased manner, and will be available first in major cities like Uttar Pradesh, Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, and Karnataka.

CNG Kit With Engine

The vehicle with CNG-kit comes as per regulatory standards, and gets the warranty of a 3-year or 1 lakh km warranty. It will be offered with 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine, mated with a manual gearbox. It has been reported that the (i-CAT) BS 6.2 compliant CNG kit is exclusively for Magnite, keeping Indian road conditions.

Range

When it comes to the range, the customers can expect a decent mileage of 24 km/kg in the city, while on highways, the model will offer an impressive range of 30 km/kg.

The CNG kit will come with the latest technology and important elements. The list includes a 7 mm reinforced single casting cylinder, an advancer to optimise performance and minimize lag, and a fire extinguisher for safety.
