Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal’s Hera Pheri 3 has become the center of controversy even before the film’s complete shoot. The future of the movie is in doubt because of Paresh Rawal’s abrupt departure. Speaking to Zoom before Paresh’s departure, Suniel Shetty said that popular opinion prevented the replacement of the film’s primary actors. Nonetheless, Hera Pheri 3 has already made headlines. When it was previously reported that Kartik Aaryan would be entering the franchise, the movie caused significant controversy. Suniel Shetty made it clear in his interview that Kartik will never take the position of Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, or him.
“A film becomes iconic when the audience remembers the characters,” said Suniel Shetty. It was Raju, Shyam, and Babu Rao, not Suniel, Akshay, and Paresh. Nobody can take the position of those three characters, and even if Kartik was cast in the film, it was for a completely different part and he was never going to take Raju’s place.
“It was because of someone like Priyadarshan; while we were shooting the scene, he would cut it the moment he felt he got what he needed, not a line extra and not an emotion more,” the actor remarked, giving the director credit for the movie’s success. The present generation does not witness or have the opportunity to collaborate with these filmmakers.
Kartik’s involvement in the movie was previously detailed by Paresh Rawal in an exclusive interview with us. “Kartik Aaryan had a different role in the film,” he said. In the first two movies, Akshay Kumar portrayed Raju, a role he was not planned to play. Kartik’s persona was fashioned of a distinct fabric and wasn’t cut from the same cloth as Raju.
“Kartik played a distinct character and exuded a different spirit than Raju. His character had a distinct basis. Backlash shouldn’t be a source of fear. And people forget all the criticism once they see a movie,” he informed us.
Fans are eager to find out how the film’s producers will proceed now that Akshay Kumar has given Paresh Rawal a legal notice on his departure from Hera Pheri 3.
