Teams from the Bundelkhand and Chambal areas have joined the seven-team men’s league, which was formerly played by five teams under the auspices of the MP Cricket Association and organized by the Gwalior Division Cricket Association (GDCA).

“We are pleased to have Adani Group as our title sponsor,” Madhya Pradesh League Chairman Shri Mahanaaryaman Scindia remarked in response to the news. Their backing and dedication to the development of Indian sports align with our goal of making the MPL one of the nation’s top cricket competitions. We anticipate a thrilling season.

“We are delighted to be associated with the Madhya Pradesh League as its title sponsor,” an Adani representative stated in response to the news. The addition of women’s cricket this year is particularly exciting since it encourages gender diversity and gives ambitious female cricket players a platform. We anticipate an exciting season filled with motivational performances.

Gwalior, which hosted the MPL’s first season in 2024, will host the full competition for the second year in a row. The new designs for the men’s and women’s teams were unveiled during this year’s jersey reveal event, which took place on Tuesday for all ten clubs.

In addition to the men’s matches, a women’s cricket league will be introduced this season. Three teams, including one from the capital city of Bhopal, will compete in the women’s division.

Men’s teams: Bundelkhand Bulls, Indore Pink Panthers, Jabalpur Royal Lions, Gwalior Cheetahs, Bhopal Leopards, and Rewa Jaguars

Women’s teams: Bundelkhand Bulls, Bhopal Wolves, and Chambal Ghariyals
