Haryana CET 2025: The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has started the application process for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025 for recruitment to Group C and Group D posts. HSSC has opened the one-time registration portal for the Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025 at midnight. HSSC Chairman Himmat Singh gave this information on his social media account.

He wrote on the social media account that the registration portal of CET 2025 is now live. After the portal opened at 11.59 pm on Wednesday, tremendous enthusiasm from the candidates was seen in about 2 hours, which the commission welcomes. About 8976 candidates not only visited the portal, but thousands of people also registered.

Apply till June 12

This exam will be conducted to fill the vacant posts in various departments of the state government. Interested candidates can register online for CET 2025 till June 12, 2025. Detailed information and the application process are available on the official website of the commission. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to submit online applications through the official website hssc.gov.in and the last date to deposit the fee for the eligibility test is June 14.

Helpline number released
The commission has released a helpline number 9063493990 regarding CET. The chairman of the commission said that if you want to get any kind of information related to the registration of the examination, then you can call this number. He said that the application would be considered canceled if the wrong category was selected or the document was uploaded.

The CET exam is being held after three years

Lakhs of candidates were waiting for a long time for the CET exam to be held for Group C and D government jobs in Haryana. After the implementation of the new CET format, the first examination was conducted in the year 2022. Now after three years, this exam is being conducted for the second time in the year 2025. Recruitment of Group C and D posts in the state is done through CET only.

Score valid for three years
Candidates have to prepare well for subjects like General Awareness, Haryana General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning Ability, General Science, Hindi, English, and Computer for CET 2025. According to the official notification, the CET score will be valid for three years and candidates will be considered eligible for various recruitments based on this score in this period. Also, if the candidates wish, they can take this exam multiple times, so that they can improve their score.

Educational Qualification and Age Limit

Candidates who have passed class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board can apply for this. The minimum qualification for Group D posts has been fixed as 10th. The age limit for appearing in this exam has been fixed from 18 to 42 years. However, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), unmarried women, widows, and ex-servicemen will be given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age.

Exam fee determined as per category.
For Haryana CET 2025, general category (unreserved) candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 500. At the same time, SC, BC, and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates will have to pay only Rs 250. The examination fee can be paid through online mode.
