Staying on water for a long time can weaken the body, problems like dizziness, fatigue, low blood pressure and falling blood sugar can occur due to this diet. This diet can be dangerous especially for people suffering from diabetes, blood pressure or heart related problems. Before starting the water diet, it is very important to get a health checkup done and know the needs of your body. It should always be done on the advice of an expert. During this time, one has to take a lot of rest, avoid exercising and understand the symptoms visible in the body. If there is a problem like weakness, nausea or headache, then stop the diet immediately and eat something healthy.

Experts say that this diet cannot be followed for more than one or two days. It is very important to follow this diet only under medical supervision.
