The result will be announced through a press conference, in which information will be given about the result as well as the total passing percentage of the students, gender-wise passing percentage district-wise performance, etc. The board conducted the class 12th board examinations from 11 February to 4 March 2025.

In the year 2024, the overall result of Jharkhand Board 12th was 85.48 percent, while before that i.e. in 2023, 88.67 percent of students had passed. Last year, Sneha of Ursuline Inter College Ranchi topped the science stream with 491 marks, while Pratibha Saha of the same school topped commerce with 474 marks. Similarly, Zeenat Parveen of Government Plus Two High School Kanke became the state topper in Arts with 472 marks.
