In a surprising twist on Clarkson's Farm, available on Prime Video, Jeremy Clarkson sought the expertise of Richard Hammond. In the latest instalment, viewers were taken aback as Jeremy approached Richard for assistance with an ambitious project at The Windmill Pub, soon to be renamed The Farmer's Dog.

Jeremy's plan involved suspending an old tractor from the pub's ceiling, but it required significant modifications to ensure it was light enough not to compromise the structure. Knowing Richard's knack for such challenges, Jeremy enlisted his help.

"That's a 35, that's a really nice tractor," Richard remarked, clearly impressed by Jeremy's find. Jeremy outlined the necessity of reducing the tractor's weight below 750 kilograms to prevent potential damage to the pub's roof.

Richard suggested stripping the tractor down to its shell, "If we take all the internals out, everything..." Meanwhile, Jeremy expressed his desire to have certain parts chromed, though he seemed momentarily confused about the specifics, questioning about a type of metal paint, "Is it Hammerite?"

As they delved into the task, Jeremy acknowledged Richard's expertise, saying, "This is your world, this," to which Richard responded with a chuckle, "This is so weird".

Highlighting their contrasting worlds, Richard gestured towards the tractor and then to the garage where restorations were underway, saying, "That's your world now, and that's my world."

Richard Hammond has embarked on a new venture, The Smallest Cog, where he dedicates his skills to restoring classic cars, ensuring they grace the roads for years to come.

The dynamic duo, Neil and Anthony, father and son restoration experts, caught Richard's eye with their impeccable work on his own classic motors. So impressed was he that he propositioned them to partner up on a brand-new venture in a fresh workshop-and just like that, The Smallest Cog sprang into existence.

Chums Jeremy and Richard traded friendly jibes, with Jeremy jesting that Richard had better finish up "before panto season starts" and making a playful dig about Richard playing "Buttons" in a pantomime.

Jeremy casually revealed that Richard had nabbed a spot on Clarkson's Farm, though he shrouded the specifics of this engagement in mystery.

It was a cheeky nod to Jeremy naming his runt piglet 'Richard Ham' in an affectionate poke at his friend's stature.

Jeremy couldn't resist poking fun: "Your contribution is immense, I have got to be honest with you. Immense and in some ways, not dignified."

Nevertheless, Richard snatched the opportunity for reprisal, ribbing Jeremy over the money pit his pub project seemed to be becoming.

When Jeremy lamented the extravagant costs racking up at the pub, quipping everything was costing "too much money", Richard retorted with a chuckle: "That's good, we can keep up with that."
