Senny Mayulu has scored the fifth and final goal for PSG as the French giants won the UEFA Champions League with a thumping 5-0 win over Inter Milan on Saturday.

A magnificent performance from PSG saw them decimate the Italian club as Luis Enrique's boys capped off a special night in Munich. Mayulu was the final player on the scoresheet as he netted the 5th goal for the Parisians.

Who is Senny Mayulu?

Senny Mayulu is an emerging French football talent who plays as a midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). Born on May 17, 2006, in Le Blanc-Mesnil, France, he is recognized for his technical prowess, ambidexterity, and tactical intelligence on the field.

Mayulu began his football journey at US Saint-Denis, later moving to AF Épinay-sur-Seine. In 2018, at the age of 12, he joined PSG's academy, where he progressed through the youth ranks, showcasing his potential and commitment to the sport.

Professional Career

Mayulu made his professional debut for PSG on January 7, 2024, in a 9-0 victory over US Revel in the Coupe de France. He scored his first professional goal in the subsequent round against US Orleans. His Ligue 1 debut came on March 17, 2024, against Montpellier, and he earned his first start on April 6, 2024, in a match against Clermont Foot.

Recognizing his talent and contributions, PSG offered Mayulu his first professional contract last year and tied him down till 2027.

Senny Mayulu is of DR Congolese descent and has an older brother, Fally Mayulu, who is also a professional footballer currently playing for Sturm Graz on loan from Bristol City. Mayulu has represented France at various youth levels. He debuted for the U18 team in 2023, contributing to their victory in the Tournoi de Limoges. In 2024, he progressed to the U19 and U20 teams, accumulating multiple caps and goals across these levels.

Senny Mayulu becomes 2nd Youngest to score in Champions League Final

The PSG player has now become the 2nd youngest player in history to score in a Champions League final. He scored at the age of 19 years 14 days as former Netherlands international Patrick Kluivert remains the youngest when he scored at the age of 18 years 327 days.
