The 2025 edition of the FIFA Club World Cup is set to mark a new chapter in football history, with an expanded lineup of 32 teams representing six confederations competing for global supremacy. Hosted by the United States, the tournament will kick off on June 15 and culminate in the final on July 13.

For the first time, fans will witness a month-long tournament on par with the traditional FIFA World Cup in structure and scale. With stars like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Jude Bellingham expected to feature, the competition promises world-class football and intense rivalries.

The revamped Club World Cup will now be held once every four years, mirroring the cadence of its international counterpart. A total of 63 matches will be played across 12 top-tier venues in 11 cities, selected for their state-of-the-art infrastructure and experience in hosting major global events.

The grand finale is scheduled to take place at the iconic MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on July 13, a fitting stage for what is expected to be a landmark event in club football.
