Homelessness in Brazil

Homelessness crisis is a major issue reported in Brazil. The homeless population in Brazil has seen a significant rise. In 2024, it was reported that 327,925 people were living on the streets—a 25% increase from the previous year. This figure is 14 times higher than it was in 2013, when only 22,922 people were homeless, according to Agência Brasil.
