Lucknow: A technical failure at the 1912 call center in Lucknow’s Husainganj disrupted electricity complaint registrations for two hours on Sunday morning. The service, catering to consumers across 19 districts, including Lucknow, Ayodhya, Bareilly, and Bahraich, resumed by 10 AM after BSNL technicians resolved the issue.

During the outage, around 2,000 calls reportedly failed to connect, leaving consumers struggling to report power-related grievances. Midcoral Vidyut Vitran Nigam (MVVNL) officials acknowledged the problem, stating that alternative complaint channels remained operational.
