The Common Postgraduate Entrance Test (CPET-2025) for admission into postgraduate (P.G.) courses across Odisha has been successfully conducted by the State Selection Board, Odisha.

  • Total Sanctioned Seat Strength: 30,802

  • Total Applicants Registered: 62,321

  • Total Candidates Appeared: 56,976

  • Total Absent: 6,345

  • Candidates Eligible for Selection: 56,976

As per the official admission schedule, the State-Wide Merit List for CPET-2025 has been released today, 2nd June 2025 at 4:00 PM, on the SAMS PG portal.

Candidates can now check their subject-wise and social category-wise ranks by logging into the SAMS portal.

Next steps in admission process:

The choice filling window will be open from 3rd June to 8th June 2025. During this period, eligible candidates can select their preferred universities, colleges, and subjects, based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination.

Applicants are strongly advised to visit the official SAMS PG portal regularly and complete their choice filling within the specified timeline.

The provisional allotment of seats for the 1st round will be announced on 13th June 2025 at 4:00 PM.
