BPSC 71th CCE 2025: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has formally started the application process for the 71st Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination (CCE) 2025 from today, June 2, 2025. Through this examination, candidates are appointed to high posts in various administrative, revenue, Panchayati raj, welfare, and cooperative departments of the state government. The target of this recruitment will be to appoint a total of 1250 posts in various departments of the state government.

Candidates can apply by visiting the official website (bpsconline.bihar.gov.in). The last date to apply has been fixed as 30 June 2025. Candidates can also pay the examination fee by this day. According to the notification issued by the commission, the preliminary examination (pre) will be held on 30 August 2025.

Who can apply?

It is mandatory for the candidates applying to have a graduation degree from any recognized university in India as an educational qualification. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years and the maximum age should be 37 years, however, women candidates and reserved categories (like SC, ST, OBC) will be given relaxation in maximum age as per government rules.

This much will be the application fee.

During the application, general, OBC and other state candidates will have to pay Rs 600, while SC, ST, Divyang (PH) and women candidates residing in Bihar will have to pay Rs 150. Candidates can deposit this fee through online mode (debit card, credit card, net banking) or offline challan mode.

How to apply

First of all, candidates go to bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

Go to the "Apply Online" section on the homepage click on the "BPSC 71st CCE 2025" link and make a new registration with your basic details.

Login to the portal using the username and password received after registration.

After login, open the application form and fill in your personal, educational, and other related information carefully.

Upload scanned passport-size photo, signature, and required certificates.

Pay the application fee as per category through online mode.

Finally, submit the application form and keep a printout of it for future reference.
