Delhi Technology University (DTU) has started the application process for PhD admission, under which the application process for PhD admission in August session 2025 has been started. Registration for admission has started from 30 May. The last date to register the application for admission is 23 June. Online applications can be registered for admission by visiting the DTU website. DTU is Delhi's leading engineering and technology university, which is recognized as the best educational institution in the country.

Admission based on entrance exam

Candidates interested in doing PhD from DTU have to appear in the entrance examination. Candidates successful in the entrance examination are admitted to PhD based on merit. According to the PhD admission program released by DTU, June 23 is the last date to register the application. The list of successful applicants will be displayed or released on June 30. DTU will conduct the entrance examination for PhD admission on 8 or 9 July.

DTU will release the result the very next day after the completion of the entrance exam, which the result of the entrance exam will be released on July 10. Candidates who appeared in the entrance exam can see their results by visiting the DTU website with their registration number.

DTU will organize interviews for the candidates who are successful in the entrance exam on June 16, 17, and 18. The merit of the successful candidates will be prepared and the final result for PhD admission will be released on July 29. Successful candidates can submit their fees along with their documents on August 1. After completing these formalities, the candidates will have to take admission on August 1.
