The stage is fully prepared for the historic final of IPL 2025. The Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore are looking for their first title and the search for any one team will end on Tuesday, June 3 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Before this big match, both teams are also struggling with the problem of injured players and RCB fans currently want to know whether Tim David is fit for this match or not.

Tim David has been out of the last two matches due to hamstring injury during the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on 23 May. When asked about David, RCB captain Rajat Patidar said in a press conference before the match, “I have no information about Tim David. The doctors are taking care of him and we will get more information about his fitness tomorrow.”

Talking about David’s performance in this season, the RCB team will be praying that they will be fit for this match in some way, seeing their performance. David has scored 187 runs this season at a brilliant strike-rate of 185 and an average of 64. Especially, one of them came out against Punjab Kings in the best -affected group match, where he scored his first IPL half -century. In such a situation, if Tim David does not play in this match, then it will be a big shock for RCB.

At the same time, another big question is whether Chahal will play for Punjab Kings. After missing three consecutive matches due to a hand injury, he returned to the playing XI for qualifier 2 against Mumbai Indians but now news is coming that he is unfit for the final and maybe they miss these matches. After winning Mumbai, Punjab bowling coach James Hops revealed that Chahal did not fit 100% during the match. In such a situation, it remains to be seen whether he will play the final or not.
