Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited i.e. BPCL has released recruitment for many posts, which includes many posts including Junior Executive, Associate Executive, and Secretary. What are the eligibility criteria?

Junior Executive (Engineering): Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil or Chemical Engineering
Associate Executive (Engineering): B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engineering) in relevant stream
Junior Executive (Accounts): Inter CA or Inter CMA with graduation degree
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc. (Chemistry) degree with specialization in Organic, Physical, Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry
Secretary: Must have passed 10th and 12th classes and three-year graduation degree

What is the age limit?

Candidates applying for these posts should be at least 30 years of age, while the maximum age for General and EWS candidates should be 35 years. At the same time, candidates of reserved categories including OBC, SC, and ST will be given a relaxation in age limit as per government rules.

What is the selection process?

First of all, the application will be scrutinized and shortlisted based on the work experience and qualifications of the applicants. After that, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the written/computer-based test. Then there will be case-based discussion, group task and personal interview. Finally the candidates will be selected on the basis of their overall performance as well as work experience and achievements.

How much salary will you get?

Junior Executive: Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,20,000 (approx. CTC: Rs 11.86 lakh per annum)

Associate Executive: Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 (approx. CTC: Rs 16.64 lakh per annum)
