Lauren Keene, 24, became the youngest ever winner of an Omaze Grand Prize when she won the 'Hollywood Hills' inspired Wirral mansion.
The modern five-bedroom house boasts stunning coastal views, a cinema room, and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Lauren, who won the house last year, has put it up for sale, with the property listed on Rightmove for £2.5m.
The listing describes the house as 'striking' and 'something truly special'.
It reads: ''Set within 1.18 acres of secluded, private grounds on Thorsway - the most exclusive road on the Wirral Peninsula - Rock Mount is a landmark contemporary home offering almost 4,700 sq.ft. of inspired living space.
''Designed by renowned architects Shedkm, the property was nominated for the prestigious RIBA Mansell House of the Year award, praised by the judging panel as 'an original and inspiring new composition that matches the quality of its setting in every way'."
Lauren was heading to a McDonald's drive-thru after work when she received a call from Omaze informing her of her win. She said she didn't mind missing her post-work snack because "missing that Maccies made me a multi-millionaire."
She did eventually celebrate with a McDonald's later that evening, saying: "It was a very, very happy meal indeed."
The full-time nanny from Gloucester struck it rich by winning £250,000 in cash as part of her sensational prize to make the transition smoother.
She quipped about her dad's relief at her new-found fortune, saying: "He's most delighted about the fact I can finally move out now."
The luxurious property comes mortgage-free, with all legal fees paid for, and presents a lucrative opportunity, potentially generating roughly £8,000 per month if rented out.
Lauren, who bought her £3 million winning entry for £20 as part of her Omaze subscription, has been with partner Ryan Mitchell since their teenage years.
Recounting the day of her win, she revealed: "It was just an ordinary Friday really, I was heading for a McDonald's after work when I got a call from Omaze telling me I'd won something. I was sceptical - and hungry - but went straight home to see what I'd won.
"The next thing we knew, the Omaze team were all there telling us we'd won a £3 million mansion. I was gobsmacked.
Skipping her fast-food trip turned into a fortune-flipping event as she remarked: "It was definitely worth missing my McDonald's for, it's made me a multi-millionaire!
The celebrations eventually circled back to McDonald's where they toasted their good luck, Lauren musing: "We did end up celebrating with a Maccies afterwards and it was a very, very happy meal indeed."
