He took Punjab into trouble by taking the wickets of Prabhasimran Singh and Josh Englandis.

Krunal revealed that in his first conversation with the franchise, he told RCB that he liked to win the trophy. Krunal Pandya fulfilled his promise by laying the foundation of victory in the final. On being selected ‘Player of the Match’, Krunal Pandya said, “When we batted, the more slow you bowl, the better it would be.

Krunal Pandya further said, “I knew that I would have to show courage to take wickets tonight. I thought I would do this by bowling slow. If you had thrown the ball fast, it would have been a good wicket. The pitch in the second innings was really easy. I told RCB the first day that I liked to win the trophy.

Krunal Pandya has won four IPL titles. Three of these are with Mumbai Indians. Pandya has won the ‘Player of the Match’ title in the IPL final for the second time.
