Fresh off their historic Champions League victory, Paris Saint-Germain have begun reshaping their squad in preparation for the next season by putting two players on the transfer market.
According to The teamPSG have informed Lee Kang-in and Portuguese striker Goncalo Ramos that they are free to leave the club during the upcoming summer transfer window. Both players have struggled to secure regular starting roles and are now being given the opportunity to seek moves to other clubs.

In the 2024–25 season, Ramos featured in 41 matches across all competitions, scoring 18 goals. However, he was unable to take Ousmane Dembélé’s place in PSG’s attacking lineup.
Lee, meanwhile, had 6 goals and 6 assists in 45 appearances. The 24-year-old South Korean midfielder has been linked with a potential move to Arsenal, although no formal offer has been submitted.
Both players remain under contract with PSG until 2028, but the club are open to parting ways if reasonable offers are made.
PSG are also close to finalizing the signing of rising Argentine talent Franco Mastantuono from River Plate. The 17-year-old is expected to join the French champions for €45 million ($51.3 million), which is his release clause. PSG reportedly outbid Real Madrid to secure the youngster’s signature.
Mastantuono made headlines after debuting for River Plate’s senior team at just 16 years old. He has since been called up to the Argentina national team under coach Lionel Scaloni in preparation for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
