The maximum age limit to apply for this recruitment has been fixed at 45 years, although this limit may vary according to the post. Candidates of reserved categories will be given age relaxation as per government rules. Talking about the application fee, no fee will be charged from SC / ST and Divyang (PwBD) candidates, while for other category applicants, a total fee of Rs 1180 (Rs 1000 + 18% GST) has been fixed.

Selection Process
Under this recruitment, candidates will be selected based on various stages, which include Computer Based Test (CBT), Written Test, Typing Test, Group Task or Group Discussion, Psychometric Assessment, Personal Interview, and Physical Fitness Efficiency Test. A total of 100 multiple choice questions will be asked in the CBT exam, out of which 50 questions will be related to General Aptitude and 50 questions will be related to Technical or Professional Knowledge. Each question will be of one mark.

Talking about the salary, it has been fixed separately according to the posts. Executive Assistant, Junior Executive, Mechanical and Quality Control posts will get salaries ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,20,000. The salary for the post of Assistant Officer is fixed from Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000. Engineer, Chartered Accountant, Officer-HR, and Industrial Engineering Officer will get monthly salaries ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,60,000. Senior Officer and Chief Manager will be paid from Rs 60,000 to 1.8 lakh, Assistant Manager from Rs 70,000 to 2 lakh, Manager and Manager Technical from Rs 80,000 to 2.2 lakh, and Chief Manager from 1 lakh to 2.6 lakh. At the same time, the salary for Deputy General Manager and General Manager posts has been kept from 1.2 lakh to 2.8 lakh.
