RRB NTPC 2025 Exam Guidelines: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will conduct the NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment Examination from tomorrow, June 5, at various examination centers located across the country. A total of 8113 posts will be recruited through this recruitment.
The recruitment exam will be conducted for a total of 16 days from June 5 to June 25, 2025. In such a situation, all the candidates who are going to appear in the exam should understand the exam pattern as well as the guidelines.
RRB NTPC CBT-1 Exam Pattern: Exam Pattern
Multiple choice type questions will be asked in RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025 CBT 1. The question paper will contain 40 questions from General Awareness, 30 questions from Mathematics, and 30 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning subjects. Candidates will get 90 minutes (1.30 hours) to solve the question paper.
Candidates have to keep in mind that there is also a provision for negative marking in this exam. In such a situation, if you do not know the answer to any question, then avoid guessing. 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
RRB NTPC Exam Guidelines: Guidelines related to the exam day
Candidates must ensure their presence at the examination center 1:30 hours before. They will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after the stipulated time.
Do not carry a calculator, mobile phone, Bluetooth, earphones, or other electronic gadgets, etc. to the examination center. If caught doing so, the candidate will be barred from appearing in the exam and strict action can also be taken.
Candidates must carry a copy of the admit card and a valid identity card (one of Aadhar card/PAN card/passport/driving license/voter ID card) with them from now onwards, without admit card and ID card you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
How to download the admit card
Candidates first go to the website of the regional RRB (such as rrbmumbai.gov.in, rrbcdg.gov.in etc.).
Click on the link ‘Download NTPC Admit Card 2025’ given on the website.
Now login by entering your registration number and date of birth.
Your admit card will appear on the screen, download it and take a printout for future.
