RRB RPF SI 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the next phase of Sub-Inspector (Executive) recruitment in RPF/RPSF. Candidates selected based on their performance in the Computer Test (CBT) have been invited for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), and Document Verification (DV).

As per the official notice, the tentative schedule for RRB RPF Sub-Inspector PET, PMT, and DV stages has been scheduled from 22 June to 2 July 2025. Candidates have to report at Jagjivan Ram RPF Academy in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh at 4 am for a Physical Test and Document Verification (DV).

The official notice says, "The exact dates will be announced soon on the official website of RRB. Shortlisted candidates will also get notifications through SMS and email."

RRB RPF Admit Card will be available on the website two weeks before the scheduled date of PET, PMT, and DV. Document verification will be done on the day of PET and PMT itself for the eligible candidates and they have to bring all the original documents as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies.

This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,660 vacancies in the Railway Protection Force. It includes 452 posts for Sub-Inspector (SI) and 4,208 posts for Constable.

Physical Measurement Test

RRB Recruitment conducts physical measurements separately for male and female candidates. Candidates can check the physical measurement test for the RRB RPF Sub-Inspector post from the table given below.

Candidates appearing for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for RPF Sub-Inspector have to complete the specified activities within the stipulated time limit. Candidates will be allowed only one attempt for the race, while for the long jump and high jump, candidates will be given two attempts each.

Male candidates will have to complete a 1600-meter race in six minutes and 30 seconds. Apart from this, a long jump of 12 feet and a high jump of 3 feet 9 inches will also have to be done.

For female candidates, the PET involves completing an 800-meter race within four minutes. Along with a long jump of 9 feet and a high jump of 3 feet. These standards must be met to qualify for the next stage of the selection process.
