Netflix's popular series Ginny and Georgia has made a triumphant return with its third season, where we see Ginny Miller, portrayed by Antonia Gentry, striving to maintain normality after her mother's arrest.

The entire school is aware that Georgia, played by Brianne Howey, is facing a murder trial, making it challenging for Ginny to blend in.

Seeking solace, she enrolls in a poetry class and encounters fellow budding poet, Wolfe.

Wolfe is brought to life by Ty Doran, a 27 year old American actor who embarked on his acting journey during his mid-teens.

He initiated his career with voiceovers for anime shows before securing his first on-screen role as Peter Tanner in American Crime in 2016.

Subsequently, he starred as Bryce in All Night and bagged several minor roles in Queen Sugar, Chicago Fire, and The Blacklist.

However, it wasn't until 2021, when he joined the cast of Manifest as Cal Stone, that he gained international recognition. The series was revived by Netflix after NBC cancelled it.

Interestingly, the actor confessed that he hadn't watched the show prior to landing the role, but his mother, a massive fan, encouraged him to binge-watch it within a few weeks.

Speaking to Netflix's Tudum, he said: "Both for work and just as a viewer; I wanted to know what happened to Flight 828 immediately.

"The show has such a hook. It really gets its teeth into you so quickly that I was helpless."

In an intriguing twist, Ty shares the character of Cal with Jack Messina, with Ty portraying the older version of the character.

Ty opened up about joining the cast for season four and the challenges that came with it, saying: "I was the new guy."

He detailed how both he and his fellow actors were getting acquainted while developing on-screen chemistry as their characters navigated complex familial relationships. Ty remarked on the transformative nature of his role: "It's a new body; it looks like a new person."

Outside his acting career, Ty is active on Instagram, where he offers glimpses into his personal life, including snaps with his girlfriend and family.
