The developer OpenAI behind the ChatjPT has partnered with the IndiaAI Mission under the Ministry of Electronics and IT to launch its first International Education Forum, OpenAI Academy India. This initiative, launched on Thursday, is an important step towards expanding artificial intelligence (AI) education and access to equipment across the country. As part of cooperation, OpenAI and IndiaAI signed an MoU, which outlines the common objectives of promoting AI literacy and innovation. The academy aims to strengthen India’s rapidly developed digital ecosystem by empowering students, developers, teachers, civil servants, non-profit leaders and small business owners with necessary AI skills.
This platform introduces online and offline learning and will initially offer courses in English and Hindi, as well as plans to include additional regional languages in the near future. OpenAI will integrate its teaching module with IndiaAI Mission’s Futurescils platform, as well as capacity building platform for government officials contribute educational material to IGOT Karmayogi.
