A cast member of the show, , has been praised for having the "patience of a saint" when dealing with Jeremy Clarkson.
Now into its fourth season, fans are delighted with the Clarkson-led show, which features a variety of farmhands, locals, and friends helping out around the fields.
The recently released fourth series has seen fans praise one person in particular, not only for their patience but their "professionalism" across the show.
Fans believe the person in question is responsible for some of the show's best moments, including a side-splitting scene which featured in an episode from the third season.
Others were left praising the person in question for their hard work around the farm and in daily life, something one user says they "appreciated" more thanks to the show.
A post to the r/ClarksonsFarm subreddit reads: "Shout-out to Charlie Ireland for being able to put up with Jeremy's shenanigans while maintaining his high level of professionalism on the farm!"
One user agreed with the praise for Charlie, writing: "He's low key a smart, confident and very funny man. I didn't realise just how much he brings to the show until recently.
"I thought of him just as Mr Straight to balance Jeremy but he brings so much to the show.
Another wrote: "I love that the show exposes these everyday people like him, Caleb and the new woman's name escapes me.
"They're rather brilliant at what they do and I don't think the public, or at least me really appreciated everything that goes into the important task of making the food we eat."
A third added: "Legend! He's brilliant in every way. Super knowledgeable/smart, funny and has the patience of a saint."
Other users have shared their favourite moments from the show involving Charlie, including a moment where he was left negotiating with himself over payments between two farms.
Charlie, a land agent for Clarkson, was left negotiating with himself as it turned out he also managed the adjacent field to Clarkson's farm.
One user wrote: "The scene where he has to barter with himself as he manages the other field is brilliant." Another joked: "That was hilarious! Charlie is a gem and irreplaceable."
Others have since compared Charlie to an unlikely presenter. One user wrote: "Fundamentally while Clarkson is much more the lead the roles, are very similar to the TG trio, and Ireland is a very good May." Another joked: "I guess Gerald is a new Stig..."
One user even called for Charlie to receive a CBE award for his patience-testing job. They wrote: "Bloke needs a CBE for that alone."
