Death in Paradise sensation Josephine Jobert is making a grand return as DC Genevieve 'Arch' Archambault in the detective series Saint-Pierre, and fans can't contain their excitement.
Taking to Instagram with a joint announcement alongside the show's page, it was revealed that the shooting for the second series is officially in motion. To add to the buzz, a captivating photo of Josephine donning her costume, along with Allan Hawco portraying Sgt. Inspector Donny 'Fitz' Fitzpatrick, accompanied the thrilling news: "Thrilled to announce that principal photography has officially begun on Season 2, coming to @cbc and @cbcgem Winter 2026. Who's ready?"
The comments came alive with exuberant followers expressing jubilation; one exclaimed: "I'M SOOOOO HAPPY."

Josephine first graced Death in Paradise as Florence Cassell in 2015, before making her initial exit in 2019.
She made a comeback in series 10 and 11, and even staged a surprise return in 2024 when her character emerged from witness protection.
The detective ultimately bid farewell alongside the show's longest-serving detective, Neville Parker, portrayed by Ralf Little.
