The (MPL) 2025 will witness an exciting clash in Match 7, as the Ratnagiri Jets (RJ) take on the Satara Warriors (STW) at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on June 08.

The defending champions Ratnagiri Jets are off to a disappointing start this season and have suffered three consecutive defeats. They will be desperate to turn their form around and secure their first victory in MPL 2025 to get back on track.

Satara Warriors, too, have had a tough start, losing both of their opening matches. They currently sit at the bottom of the points table and will be equally eager to get their first win of the tournament.

Both teams will aim to register their first victory, and will try to open their account in the league.

The recent matches at this venue have seen success for teams batting second which make the toss a crucial factor. Additionally, with rain expected in the area, the pitch could play slower than usual. After considering these conditions, the team winning the toss would be wise to opt for bowling first and look to chase down the target.
