According to reports, the God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar also showed interest in it, but the matter was not made.
Anil Aggarwal of Vedanta Group made a bid of Rs 73 crore in 2017, but the deal could not be completed due to some legal complications. After this, the Consortium and Enforcement Directorate (ED) of Indian banks, which is responsible for the recovery of Mallya’s seized property, were also making every effort to sell it.
