New Delhi: Marketing today, both pre and post release, has come to establish itself as one of the most important aspects of film promotion and success. In line with this, superstar actor Akshay Kumar pulled a unique move in relation to his newly released film HOUSEFull 5.

Akshay shared a video on Instagram where he was seen wearing a mask, and asking people on the streets their review of Housefull 5. It is rare to see such a big movie star pull such a move in public but Akshay is known for his macabre humour and friendly public persona.

In an Instagram post, Akshay shared a video where he was seen wearing a mask and asking people on the street his view on the newly released film Housefull 5.

The caption of the post read, “Bas yun hi I decided to wear the killer mask and interview people coming out of the Housefull5 show at Bandra today. Pakda jaane wala thaa end mein but bhaag gaya us se pehle. Mast experience.”

“No cut in the video, fair public review,” one comment read on the video. Another user said, “khiladi levels are 10000000000000.”

Akshay Kumar’s starrer HOUSEFull 5 is the fifth installment of the  Housefull franchise, known for packing a strong comic punch. Despite not always getting rave critical reviews, the franchise often manages to perform well at the box office, and the fifth iteration has performed well too.

It is directed by Tarun Mansukhhan and produced by Sajid Nadiawala, Warda Nadadwala, and Firuzi Khan under the produce banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.

It features Akshay Kumar, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Soundarya Sharma, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, and Jacqueline Fernandez in Lead Roles. In supporting roles we see Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Dino Morea, Ranjit, Nikitin Dheer, Chitrangda Singh, Chunky Panday, Johny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, and Farden khan.
