India A team is playing a practice match in England before the 5 Test series between India and England starting on June 20. The second unofficial Test match against England Lions is currently going on. On the third day of the match, fast bowler Khalil Ahmed caught everyone’s attention with his deadly bowling.

Four wickets in four overs, England Lions’s waist broken
In the first innings of England Lions, by the time his score was 192 runs for 3 wickets, the match seemed to be equal. But Khalil Ahmed overturned the game with his speed and line-length.

In the 51st over, Khalil dismissed Jordan Cox (45 runs), which was caught by Dhruv Jurlel.

After this, Khalil took two wickets in two balls in the 55th over – Zems Reu (10 runs) and George Hill, which he bowled.

In the next over, Khalil also played England veteran all -rounder Chris Woakes (5 runs).

Due to this great bowling spell, England Lions scored from 223/3 to 229/7.

Dhruv Jurael also performs well
During Khalil’s bowling, wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurlel caught two brilliant catch, which further boosted the team’s morale.

India A burns in the first batting too
In this match, India A scored 348 runs while batting first, which included KL Rahul’s brilliant century.

Khalil is not in the Test team, but the performance is strong
However, Khalil Ahmed is not yet part of India’s Test team. The only left -arm fast bowler in the Test team is Arshdeep Singh. Khalil has so far played 11 ODIs and 18 T20 International matches for India, taking 31 wickets.
