JoSAA counseling going on from June 3

JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counseling for seat allotment in IITs, NITs, and other classes has already started from June 3, 2025. Seat allotment for B.Arch will be done based on rank, constitutional, and seat availability. The cut-off for the B.Arch degree of each IIT is different. This year's cut-off will depend on the previous trend, the difficulty of the exam, and the number of candidates.

Educational qualification and minimum marks required
Educational qualification is an important criterion for candidates wishing to be admitted to Architecture (B.Arch) courses. General category students must get a minimum of 75% marks in the 12th or equivalent examination, while for SC, ST, and PWD categories this limit has been fixed at 65%.
