American fitness influencer Ashton Hall, who rose to internet fame for his eccentric 3:50 am morning routine, is currently in India. Livestreaming his visit to Mumbai, Hall has been capturing attention with local runs, gym visits, and street food tastings as part of his ongoing travel experience.
Hall became an online sensation after a video showcasing his elaborate and unusual morning routine went viral, amassing over 500 million views.
His regimen includes dunking his face into a bowl filled with ice and sparkling water, journaling, intense workouts, swimming, and even rubbing banana peels on his face—all before 9 am.
Shortly after landing in India on Saturday, Hall began livestreaming his first outdoor run in Mumbai. In a now-viral Instagram clip with over 3 million views, he is seen sprinting alongside a crowd of around 50 local youths. Wearing only shorts and a cross-body bag, Hall outruns the group as one of the men stumbles while trying to keep pace.
During a livestream that lasted nearly an hour, Hall was flanked by bodyguards while interacting with fans. He shared that his team is in India to shoot a film and teased an upcoming surprise.
Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, he said, “They show me a lot of love here in India. They are respectful.” He also sampled local street food, including pani puri.
On the second day of his visit, Hall wore a red kurta while visiting a gym in Bandra. After his workout, one of his bodyguards held a bowl of ice water so he could perform his signature face dunk.
Later, he tried the popular pav bhaji, drove an autorickshaw briefly, and wrapped up the day with a push-up contest against a group of local boys.
Hall also ventured into a slum area and even attempted to play cricket with local children.
However, the decision to visit underprivileged areas instead of traditional tourist attractions attracted criticism from some viewers, who questioned the intent and sensitivity behind those livestream segments.
