No, Cynthia didn’t kill Tom in Ginny & Georgia Season 2. Georgia confessed that she was behind Tom’s murder.

Georgia was initially regarded as not guilty when Ginny pulled off a last-minute plan. She takes the help of her younger brother to shift the blame onto their father, Gil Timmins (Aaron Ashmore), in court. She asks him to lie and convince the jury about Timmins’ involvement in the crime.

Additionally, she also threatens Cynthia with evidence of her affair with Joe Singh (Raymond Ablack) at the Blue Farm Cafe.
