The exam city selection process resumed.

NBEMS has increased the number of exam centers and cities for logistical and convenience reasons. Interested candidates will be able to re-select their preferred exam city by visiting natboard.edu.in from 3 pm on June 13 to June 17.

This process will run on a first-come, first-served basis. The list of available cities will be shown in the application form and selection has to be made from there.

NBEMS has clarified that they will try their best to allot centers to the candidates in their correspondence state, but this cannot be guaranteed due to administrative limitations. If seats are not available in a state, the center can also be allotted in other states.

Lessons from last year's experience

For the first time in 2024, NEET PG was conducted in two shifts, raising questions about the difficulty of the paper and transparency in the result. Many students demanded the release of the answer key, raw score, normalized score, and response sheet in the results.

This time NBEMS is taking steps towards ensuring transparency and fairness by conducting the exam in a single shift. With this, students are hopeful that the result and counseling process will be more clear and fair than before.
