According to the Central Railway, the accident happened when some passengers were traveling towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) on Monday morning, during which some passengers fell from the train near Mumbra railway station in Thane district. The reason for the fall of passengers from the train is being said to be highly crowded. Railway administration and police reached the spot as soon as the incident was received. The injured were then immediately rushed to the nearby hospital. The matter is currently being investigated. After this accident, the services of Mumbai local have been affected.
