Oatmeal: A nutritious option

Health Corner:- Oatmeal is often seen as a food of diseases, but it is actually very nutritious. It helps in keeping your body healthy and healthy. Today we will tell you a simple and delicious method of maize porridge.

Material

Corn 1 cup coarse

Desi Ghee 1 teaspoon

Buttermilk 3 cups

Salt taste

Method

Heat ghee in a pan. Then add porridge to it and fry it well. Now add buttermilk and heat it. When it starts to boil, add salt as per taste and reduce the flame. Allow it to cook well and then turn off the gas.

Your hot hot porridge is ready. You can also eat it after cooling.
