BTS ’ management has yet again found itself at the centre of new rumours and allegations. The company has now been accused of mistreating the idols under their management, specifically members of NewJeans and ILLIT. According to recent rumours circulating online, the company allegedly forced Minji from NewJeans and former ILLIT member Youngseo out of school while they were training for their debut!
Were NewJeans' Minji and former ILLIT member Youngseo forced out of school due to management?Recently, a fan took to an online social media discussion forum to share their concern about idol lives under NewJeans management agency. According to the post that went viral soon after it was posted, idols were not being treated properly during their trainee period, and some were also not being allowed to officially make their debut.

According to the viral social media post, the company had allegedly blocked Minji from NewJeans from continuing her education. The post alleged that during her time as a trainee, she was subjected to rigorous training and was even suggested by company officials to give up on her education. This was allegedly done to ensure that the idol gave more and more time to train for her debut.
It was also posted that the idol’s mother had also alleged that Minji was being subjected to inhumane conditions during her trainee days. From living in dorms that were infested by bugs and cockroaches to subjecting her to a harsh schedule, according to her mother, Minji had to manage her studies along with this.
ILLIT’s former member Youngseo forced out from the group?Beyond the allegations surrounding NewJeans’ Minji, the management company has also been accused through online posts and revelations of mistreating ILLIT member Youngseo. Allegedly, according to the idol’s friend, their management company had cited that due to commitment to her studies, Youngseo had chosen not to join the final lineup. According to ongoing rumours and allegations circulating online, the member was forced out of the group by the company.
Company already under fireThese allegations add on to the ongoing cases against the management company. The CEO and co-founder of the company, Bang Shi Hyuk , is under fire and is being investigated for committing share fraud. Not only that, but an official from the company had used the illegal insider trading methods to invest and gain profits.
