Netizens slam the makers for using Janvi Chheda's return to CID 2 as a gimmick for TRP; fans write 'fans ke emotions ke saath khelna bandh kariye'
CID , India's longest crime series , continues to captivate viewers with its second episode. CID Season 2 delivers top-notch entertainment with a blend of nostalgia, unexpected twists and turns, and other surprises! The latest episode of the show has taken the internet by storm, leaving fans with mixed feelings when Daya and Inspector Shreya reunited.
A user wrote, "Absolutely loved Saturday's episode (49). But, honestly very disappointed with yesterday’s episode (50). After waiting so long to see Shreya back, she was barely there for even 30 seconds. It felt like the makers just used her for TRP. @sonytv please bring her back properly."
One of them added, " This cid 2 version is really very good. But if there's a blend of love story or else personal lives of cops with crime stories it will come out more good. As being a regular audience this is my suggestion. Because same kind of theme would bore today's audience. I am from 90's generation....Like people from this generation want a unique blend of stories...My views."
Another one wrote, "Can't understand why they're removing all the OG characters. Show kya yeh newbies chalayenge? Agr budget kam hai toh newbies ko nikalo. Daya, Abhijeet, ACP, Salunke, Tarika, Shreya, Purvi, Sachin and Pankhanj yeh loog hi kafi hai cid ko chalane ke liye."
One of them added, "Daya sir kya hum fans bhi samajh nhi paye ki makers konse nashe karke script likhte hai ek toh shreya mam ko permanently as a cop nhi laye aur special appearance pe bhi unko bas 2 hi mint dikhaye Trp ke nam pe fans ke emotions ke saath khelna bandh kariye @sonytvuk"
