Stefon Diggs is making headlines off the field as a viral yacht party video featuring Cardi B raises eyebrows just weeks into his Patriots chapter. While fans speculate about his personal life, Diggs isn’t having it. Shutting down reporters with a firm boundary, the star receiver insists his focus remains on football—and Coach Mike Vrabel’s vision.

Stefon Diggs shuts down questions about his personal life but shows excitement for fresh start under Vrabel
Stefon Diggs isn’t looking to feed the rumor mill. After a viral Memorial Day weekend yacht party clip surfaced showing the New England Patriots wide receiver in close conversation with Cardi B and handing over a mysterious pink item, media speculation ignited. But Diggs made it clear at Tuesday’s minicamp that his focus is on football — not tabloid headlines.

“I want to be as candid with you as possible, but I kind of have a thing where I don't talk about my personal life with people I don't know personally,” Diggs said when pressed on the party video.

Diggs, who is coming off a season-ending ACL injury from his time with the Houston Texans, kept his cool despite repeated questions. While the public is curious about his ties to the rapper and the footage that's been shared widely online, Diggs was firm in drawing a line. “Obviously, I don't want to be rude, but I hate to repeat myself for the fourth time,” he added, signaling clear frustration.

A clean slate in Foxborough and strong backing for Vrabel’s no-nonsense approach

Beyond dodging personal controversy, Diggs appeared more than willing to talk about his new head coach, Mike Vrabel. Known for his gritty playing days and player-first leadership style, Vrabel seems to have made a strong impression on the Pro Bowl receiver.

“You can tell he was a player,” Diggs said. “Obviously, he wants to take care of you. But he’s committed to the grind... He knows what the DNA looks like – and he’s a grinder.”

Though Diggs is still limited in physical participation due to recovery, he’s already connecting with Vrabel in competitive banter and team camaraderie. “He talks a lot of smack,” Diggs joked. “I’m a huge fan of him... He’s got that itch that you want to run through a wall for him.”
