A Night to Remember in Mumbai

The vibrant beats of 'Pippi Pippi Dum Dum Dum' from the film 'Kuberaa' resonated through Mumbai, creating an electrifying atmosphere filled with excitement. The event featured prominent stars Nagarjuna, Dhanush, and Rashmika Mandanna, who captivated the audience with their presence, showcasing the anticipation surrounding this highly awaited film.

The festivities began with an unexpected surprise: two consecutive screenings of the 'Kuberaa' teaser, which prompted enthusiastic cheers from the audience for a repeat viewing. The teaser, raw and engaging, received an overwhelming response, filled with applause and whistles, perfectly setting the stage for the film's grand reveal.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the performance of 'Pippi Pippi Dum Dum Dum.' This energetic breakup song reimagines a classic nursery rhyme, embodying the chaotic essence of 'Kuberaa.'

Following the screening, the cast engaged in a lively media session. Nagarjuna, making a rare promotional appearance, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the audience. He shared, “I am incredibly thankful to all of you. This film holds a special place in my heart. It came to me at a time when I was contemplating my next steps. When Sekhar Kamala, a director I’ve wanted to collaborate with for 15 years, approached me for this role, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. I trust his vision completely.”

Dhanush added, “'Kuberaa' is a unique film that is very dear to me. The shooting experiences were both fantastic and unusual, including scenes in dumpyards and garbage trucks. Each moment taught us something valuable. I don’t often participate in promotions, but this film deserves it.”

Rashmika shared her experience of a guerilla shoot, stating, “We spent the day capturing spontaneous moments, always on the move. We didn’t even check the monitor to see the shots. Shekhar sir was the mastermind behind it all. Working with him was a wonderful experience, and I hope everyone enjoys the film.”

Produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd, with co-producers Vipul Agarwal and Manish Vasisth, the film is also presented by Mugafi for the North Indian audience, overseeing its distribution in that region.

Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, with music by Devi Sri Prasad, 'Kuberaa' features a star-studded cast including Nagarjuna, Dhanush, and Rashmika. The film will be available in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, broadening its appeal across India.

Scheduled for release on June 20, 2025, 'Kuberaa' promises to be a cinematic event not to be missed.
