Loose Women made a lively return to our screens on Wednesday (11 June), with Christine Lampard steering the ship, and she was joined by Janet Street Porter, GK Barry, and Jane Moore.

The quartet delved into an array of topics throughout the show, which also included chats with Joanna Page and Liz McClarnon.

In one part of the programme, the panel tackled the subject of type A and type B personalities, particularly in relation to holiday organisation versus daily life.

Grace shared tales of her recent trip with partner Ella Rutherford, which led Janet to tease Christine about her own recent getaway with spouse Frank Lampard.

Janet couldn't resist commenting, "Christine's grilling you about this, but the pictures of her on holiday last weekend, I was looking at," before cheekily adding, "Now, before we talk about type A or type B, can we just talk about your husband's physique?"

The studio erupted into laughter as Christine chuckled along. Janet went on to confess that she had even shown her partner snaps of the former footballer Frank, astonished by his fit figure, reports.

Janet playfully remarked, "Pictures of Frank online, diving into the pool, flab-free! I said to my partner, 'Look at Frank Lampard. He's not six months pregnant."

Christine, trying to hide her blushes, retorted with a laugh: "Janet! I tell you what, Janet's taken up four minutes there just talking about Frank Lampard!"

The TV host effusively admired her husband, who she said "likes planning" and is "incredibly good" at organizing family vacations.

Christine shared a glimpse into their partnership, commenting: "Now, to give Frank his physique, and his personality dues, he is A type. He is incredibly good at organising things, and it's a bit like you just described there."

She lauded Frank's meticulous nature adding, "He's very good and I think it's just his personality. It's what he's always been like. He likes planning, he likes an itinerary. He likes to have everything booked. He has no problem taking care of everything."

Christine and Frank embarked on their romance back in 2009 and exchanged vows in December 2015. They are proud parents to a son and daughter, with Christine also being stepmother to Frank's two daughters from his previous union.
