Jaipur News: A shocking case has come to light from Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur, where the Jija-Sale pair together hatched a big conspiracy to steal diesel and took it to the end. This is the case of Bagru area, where the accused pretended to supply mineral water in a rented house, but the real purpose was – stealing oil by creating a tunnel under the ground.
According to the police, the accused built a tunnel about 25 feet long inside the house, which directly reached the underground pipeline of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). There, a special type of valve was pierced in the pipeline, which was secretly extracted diesel and then sold at cheap prices in the market. With this, these people were earning millions of rupees.
The entire case was revealed when HPCL officials received complaints of low pressure in the pipeline. On suspicion, he informed the police. The special team of police started investigation and finally raided the house where they came to know about the entire theft plan. One accused Rajesh Urang has been arrested from the spot, while the main accused Shravan Singh and his brother -in -law Dharmendra Verma alias Rinku are currently absconding. Police teams are busy in search of both.
Investigation has also revealed that this gang has already carried out similar incidents in areas like Jaipur and Ajmer. There are cases of diesel theft in other states against them. The gang used to sell diesel illegally and sell them at cheap prices, which made them profitable.
Police officials say that this case is an example of high -tech theft done in a very vicious manner. At present, the absconding accused are being raided. The investigation of the case is going on and it is being ascertained who else is associated with the gang.
