UPSC CSE Prelims Result 2025: The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC Prelims Result 2025. The result is available on the official website of the commission upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the UPSC LIMS 2025 exam can check the result PDF on the official website. A total of 14,161 candidates have cleared the exam this year. UPSC has released the results in PDF format. The PDF file contains the names and roll numbers of the qualified candidates. Candidates who qualified for the UPSC CSE 2025 exam will have to update their details between June 16 and 25, which will include preferences such as scribe assistance, question paper in capital letters, and name-related correction supported by the gazette notification.

Exam fee

An exam fee of Rs 200 will have to be paid for all except female, Divyang, SC, and ST candidates during this stage.

Total 979 vacancies
The UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025 aims to fill a total of 979 vacancies. Around 10 lakh candidates appeared for UPSC Prelims 2025. This year the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam was held on May 25 in two shifts, each shift was two hours. The exam consisted of two papers: General Studies Paper 1 and General Studies Paper 2 (CSAT). UPSC has already released the question papers for the preliminary exam.

Shakti Dubey topped in 2024

Let us tell you that in the final examination of UPSC 2024, Shakti Dubey secured All India Rank 1 with a total of 1,043 marks - 843 in written examination and 200 in interview. Harshita Goyal, who secured second position, scored a total of 1,038 marks. Dongre Archit Parag secured All India Rank 3 with a total of 1,038 marks.
