State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the SBI Clerk Final Result today, June 11. These results are available on the SBI website. The SBI Clerk 2025 Main Exam was conducted on the 10th and 12th April, 2025. Candidates who pass the Mains exam are selected for appointment. Do you know what salary and allowances SBI Clerk gets?

The SBI Clerk job is in great demand in the banking sector, so lakhs of candidates appear for this exam. Since, the State Bank of India is a public sector bank, here clerks to officers get good pay scales and allowances, etc.

What is the salary of an SBI Clerk?

The starting salary of SBI Clerk is Rs 17,900 per month. However, including other allowances, the gross salary of the SBI Clerk becomes around Rs 46000, while after deduction, the SBI Clerk gets 42327 as an in-hand salary. The salary structure may be different in metropolitan, urban, and rural areas.

These other allowances are available along with the salary.

Dearness Allowance (DA): SBI Clerk is entitled to get Dearness Allowance based on rising inflation, hence the salary increases every year due to dearness allowance.

HRA: There is also a provision of HRA (House Rent Allowance) in the salary of SBI Clerk. However, the amount of house rent allowance depends on the location of the posting.

Other Allowances and Facilities: The SBI Clerk is also provided with various allowances including medical reimbursement.
