Earlier, the Karnataka High Court had adjourned the matter till Wednesday. However, now Justice SR Krishna Kumar has accepted the plea of ​​the marketing head of RCB and the other 3 people and ordered bail.

Arrested without investigation (RCB)

The argument presented on behalf of the petitioners said that they were taken into custody on the orders of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah without any investigation. Apart from this, it was said that the police did not have the authority to investigate or arrest in the stampede case. Despite this, they were arrested by the police.

It is worth noting that Royal Challengers Bangalore, captained by Rajat Patidar, won the title by defeating Punjab Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on June 03. The next day after the victory, the RCB team reached Bangalore to celebrate.
