Vijay Rupani is sitting on the seat behind the woman who took the photo. Perhaps the woman may have taken this photo only after seeing them. However, there is no confirmation that this photo is from today.

Vijay Rupani’s wife Anjali is with her daughter in London these days and the former CM was going to London to bring her back.
